Free stays free
One person, a few clients, unlimited projects. The Free plan isn't a trial and it doesn't expire.
One plan price, then seats
Core is a single seat, for you, with no seats to add. Need a teammate in the account? That's Pro: two seats included, and every one after that is $10 a month.
Sign up now, stay free this year
We may start charging new users before the end of 2026. If you already have an account by then, you won't pay anything until 2027.
How is MonoDesk free?
MonoDesk is backed by Envato, the company behind Envato Elements and ThemeForest. Everything Envato does is about helping creative professionals thrive, and giving you the whole product free while we build it is part of that.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Create an account now and you get every feature on every plan, free for the rest of 2026. No credit card, nothing to cancel. If we start charging new users before the end of the year, that won't include you.
No. Every "Get started" button on this page creates the same account with everything switched on. You'll choose a plan when pricing actually applies to you, and not before.
Pricing may take effect before the end of 2026. When it does, it applies to accounts created after that day. Anyone who signed up before it stays free until 31 December 2026, whatever we launch in between.
Our current thinking is Core at $19 USD a month for one seat, and Pro at $29 USD a month with two seats included, then $10 a month for each extra seat. Core can't add seats; if you need a second person, Pro is the plan. These numbers may move before launch, and you'll get notice if they do.
No. Clients use portals, approve proposals and pay invoices from a link. They never need an account and never count towards your seats, on any plan.
You'll get an email well before your date, with the final plans and prices. You pick a plan, or stay on Free with its limits. Your data stays put either way.
